This video is from late Thursday, Feb 17, but the inability of the fleeing lawmakers to explain their reasons for not being in Wisconson shows their own confusion with their leave-the-state-stunt. These Wisconsin state Senators also were out of state Fri 2.18 and some had been hiding out in Rockford,Il.
